    its html code for BRING. if you copy it into your post half a dozen times it will create a random picture in your post, look.

    Just write it about 12 times like this <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> and so on. you will have to wait a few mins for the pic to show up, thats the sucky bit about it.

    Not sure what the puppy stuff is all about...

    HTML was turned on in the pol forum, so when the faq was posted line breaks were added. When I turned off html in the forum I didn't check the faq, which started to show all the breaks since it no longer recognised the code.
