Opinions of getting wisdom teeth taken out

I've been contemplating. I now have two wisdom teeth halfway in. There has been no pain at all. I saw my dentist at the end of November which was about 2 months before the first one came in. He looked at the x-rays and said that, after 5 years of no growth, my wisdom teeth are coming in and will eventually need to be removed.
However, he stated to me, my jaw is fine, the way they are coming in are perfect and they will *not* cause any movement of the teeth. He said that I should pretty much get them taken out within the next 15 years due to the fact that cavities form easily between the wisdom teeth and the farthest back molars from general hygene practices (aka, the toothbrush not fully reaching back there, the dificulity of flossing that area).
I of course told my parents and they said to get them out immediatly. Ok. Why not. So I just have a few questions.
2 of them are there, the other 2 are still under the gums. Can I have all four of them taken out at the same time?
Also, the main reason my parents say to get them out asap is because, until the end of June (my 21st birthday) I am covered under their insurance. Therefore, the yearly deduction is already been paid off and the surgery itself, any meds and everything else is free. After that, I'm on my own insurance and its up to me to pay. Thats the general gist of it, I could go into a page of details but it wouldnt' mean much to you.
I've just been thinking, I know I can get some teeth removed that will eventually need to be done for personal oral hygene standards for free now, or wait until I actually need them done. I've taken so much sick time off work already in only the last two months. A week off for my feet, and for some reason I've seemed to run into alot of problems in the last few months. I've taken off time for Dr appts for bladder infections, feet appts, med re-avaluations, gyno appts etc and I dont want to take any more time off. As the x-rays have showed and my dentist confirmed, they will most likely cause no problems to the other teeth.

So I guess my only valid question is, whats the probality I can get all four done at once?
(The oral surgeon I want is on vacation till Monday so I can't make an appt yet to get a consulation to even ask

imo the post-op pain was nowhere near as bad as the pain i had while they were still in and kicking up a fuss. not even in the same league. the week after the operation wasn't nice, but it was totally bearable, and settled down nicely with a couple of ibuprofen.
i'm not sure where i stand on this. on the one hand, i'm thinking that it would be a bit silly to have an unecessary operation. but on the other hand, i'm here after a night of wisdom tooth pain, and if someone said to me that i could leave right now, and have the bastard out, i would gladly do it.
the one thing i would say is that if you do have them out, have them ALL out. i had two of mine out about 2 years ago (after 4 months of infection pain hell) and the specialist decided he would leave the two on the left in, cause he said the upper one had finished growing in and had loads of room and he was '100% sure' the lower one would never surface. well the bugger has surfaced, it's infected, and it hurts like buggery.
I know its not like having wisdom teeth out but when i was 11 i had to have 4 adult teeth removed because there wasn't enough room in my mouth for all my teeth so straighten out when i had my brace fitted (i was 2 years ahead of myself with tooth development, by the time i was 8 all my baby teeth were out) which hurt like fuck because i had to have injections on either side of all the teeth really close. Its quite painful afterwards too with the mushy gums and all that. So if you don't need it doing then don't bother.
I broke my jaw in an accident however and they were removed during the operation to put plates in my gob.
I should probably book an appointment with my dentist soon and she if she has anything to say about the emerging one.
