I've got a feeling it's Irelands year this year. We've been so unlucky this past few years like so it's our turn.

I'd love to think so, but I can't see further than France.

As long as we beat the English, eh? ;)

Wales have just got to try and reign in any cockiness...just because they won the grand slam last year doesn't guarantee them an easy ride.

Looking forward to the England/Wales match on saturday. I'm English and my boyfriend is Welsh...so could be interesting

I wish everyone luck...but obviously i want England to win :naughty:

I disagree with everyone writing wales off because of a few injuries, i think many people will be surprised tomorrow, when i think they will beat england, an im not just saying that cos i'm welsh, i agree with turlough, i think the focus is off ireland a little and that thier gonna shock a few teams.
Still very excited for tomorrow :hyper:

I'd like to see Wales win obviously. We had a few injuries before last year anyway, and all Henson really did was kick one ball. He's overated in my opinion.

England's man of the match was definitely playing in green today.

Wales were poor, but over 20 of England's points were directly attributable to some atrocius refereeing decisions. The ludicrous sin-binning changed the game. And at least two tries of England's should have been disallowed, especially the one where Lewsey (I think) knocked on. England got every 50/50 decision, and got away with every forward pass, whilst Wales were penalised for forward passes that were anything but.

Rubbish. Dawson knocked on, fine, but England were the superior team throughout and there is no denying it. And it was great to see Dallaglio back.

I thought it was us Poms who were the notorious whingers. :p

England were the better team, but the incredibly dubious sin-binning changed the game, and don't try and deny that it was dubious and that it changed the game.

England deserved to win, but not 47-13, and the man in green was the man of the match for them.

    Congratulations to Scotland.
