I made broth today. I'm amazed at how easy it was!

What's everyone else eating today?

    What's broth?!

Err, Scottish soup. Made with veg and red lentils and yellow split peas. It would have tasted better if I had Kale too, but I couldn't get any. I also cooked beef in it. Yummy. I love beef that's been cooked in soup. I have so far had two plates of broth and a bottle of irn bru today. Apparently this was the world's best hangover cure, because i no longer feel sick!

broth is like a thin watery soup... i think.

its also what the little old lady gives to her kids. you know, the one who lives in the shoe. :D

The stuff i've made isn't watery at all. I whizzed it up. It's really thick. Because of the lentils and the split peas. And the carrots, and the turnip i suppose.

isn't crunchy nut just full of sugar though? i think i would get very bored of that diet. quick fix but won't work in the long run.
