    Good question, also women will look lower than men, so not sure if it can get the same effect...

    All I know is that for most men and women when you look at it/them if it/they look good, well you always get a smile out of it, so can't be too bad for the health...

    How come girls are so offended by people looking at their breasts? Or legs, or any part of their body for that matter? Not that they're there for people to stare at, of course, but surely any part of the body is just like any other part. I mean to be honest I dont really eye anyone up except my girlfriend, but when Im single I catch my eyes going a few inches below the eyes all the time. I cant fathom why, as it doesnt conciously turn me on.

    But who knows, if its good for your health then theres no problem!

    its not that i hate lads staring at my boobs, its just that they cant seem to look in my eyes when they speak to me...thats what annoys me! tbh its a compliment when a lad stares...in a strange sorta way!!

    Sorry to break it to you folks, but Brainiac tested this theory a while ago. Two twin men, one gets to ride a bike for 30 minutes, one gets to stare at a model's chest for 30 minutes.

    The one on the bike did more exercise, pumped more blood and had more benefit to it.

    Yes... it seems exercise does more, but that staring at breats DOES actually have a positive effect still.
