I think you need margarine as well. Have you tried Google yet or not?

I cant think. I used to get recipies off the internet and do what I fancied because I didn't like the teacher. (god knows how I got a C - probably because I got my mates to help me with the coursework....I had 4 of them working on it for me somehow). I think www.allrecipies.com is quite good, theres loads of variations of everything on there.

I know it was in my files somewhere, but I kinda burnt that on Bonfire Night =o)

i found this one...is it right?
    1. Place flour and salt into the mixing bowl
    2. Measure water into jug.
    3. Pour the liquid into a well in the flour, mix and beat for 2 -3 mins
    4. Turn dough onto a lightly floured board and knead for about 10 mins.
    5. Weigh a 50gm portion of dough. Knead, shape into a round and place into greased mould.
Finally bake the dough in a hot oven for 8 - 10 mins

i think what you said will work.. may be a silly question but does it not say anything on the side of the bread flour packet? they sometimes have recipes...

    dead easy way to cheat.
buy an unsliced loaf. let it dry out ...if your in a hurry stand near a radiator.
when it's dry ...stand it in two inches of water and bung in a preheated oven gas mark seven.
the water is absobed through the bread and you get ...a fresh loaf and everyone thinks you made it yourself ...especialy if you pull it out the oven in front of people ...oh and the smell!
you can smell it for miles around.
