What is the lastest album you have bought?

I have just ordered Jack Johnston - In between dreams.

I seen it advertised on the TV and thought it sounded good. Anyone got it by the way?

The Very Best of Doris Day . It was from a Charity Shop, but I'd buy it full price anyway so that's irrelevant, heh.

I bought Johnny Cash - American Recordings: Vol 1 during the week too, supposedly for a gift but now I think I may have to keep it.

Don't tend to buy whole albums - I just go on iTunes and pick out the tracks I like. But I bought Editors album for my mama earlier in the month. And I've been listening to the new albums various members of my family got for xmas - Kanye, Maximo Park, Madonna..
I think the last whole albums I bought were in November, and were M.I.A. - Arular and Pendulum - Hold Your Colour.
Ooooh, and I just nicked Bonkers 15 off my Mr to put on my iPod.

Planning to purchayyse Arctic Monkeys and Ordinary Boys soon, mebbe.

Goddamn, your mum sounds cool. My mum hardly listens to music at all it seems, except for an old Bette Midler tape my sister bought her ages ago...

My mum heard of Snow Patrol before I did.

Well I know him and Robbo (who lives in my village).

Infact a lot of the original hardcore DJ's are local boys... Brisk, Ramos & Supreme, Hixxy, Jon Doe (CLSM) etc

You always see them hanging around together at local events even if they're not on the lineup.

Oh yes. Absolutely beautiful. It's a compilation of songs from 11:11, Soviet Kitsch, and Songs which is handy since they're aren't really available in the UK anyway..

Oh, and if you want to see her, she's touring this month and next depending on whereabouts you are..

Mew - And The Glass Handed Kites. Splendid album.

If you like pap like Jack Johnston, then you need to go out and buy all three of Tom McRae's albums. NOW. Especially All Maps Welcome.
