    It's a hidden peice of code in PHP4 (what vBulletin runs on) and will work on any site running php. if you change the F36 just before the first dash to F35 or F34 you get two other hidden images.

    The reason why you come up with the homepage after putting certain numbers there is because there is no images with that URL so returns you to the homepage.
