For my Mum's 50th birthday - in Feb 2007! - she's suggested she might like a Personal Shopper... and the £2000 like they get on What Not To Wear to go with it! :rolleyes:

Does anyone know which department stores offer this kind of thing (ideally not in London - Manchester or Leeds would be good) and what exactly they offer? Any personal experiences?

I think I read somewhere that a day with the real Trinny and Suzannah cost £6,000!!

    I have also found this Debenhams. It allows you to set your own budget.

    Debenhams is good for this, apparently. My Mum got booked her best friend in at the Metrocentre one for her birthday this year, from what I heard...she loved it (and spent waaaay over her initial gift budget :lol: )

    That said, it all depends whether your mum would like the clothes from that particular shop...if I was going personally then I think I'd prefer House of Fraser.
