Digital Camera... Help please!

Hi i have had a Packard Bell - 2.0 Mega Pixel for quite a while now but whenever i take a picture of someone, the flash is so bright that you cannot see any faces. They just come out white, I cannot figure out how to fix this? Can the flash be made less bright?

I would appreciate any information you might have.

    Your camera is overexposing your pictures. Have you reset all the settings to default in case you have it stuck on flash all the time or increased exposure.

    Try taking the battery out, leaving it for a while, then restarting it and check the photos then.

    Otherwise short of covering the flash or enabling a "no flash" or shorter exposure mode I can't think of much else to try. Replace the camera.
