Ok didn't know where to put this here here is is.

How often should you do this to your face? Is every day too much?

    yes everyday is too much. once a week is better.

    I think if you do it too much your skin will become dry and flaky which could cause more break outs. Once or twice a week is usually fine but make sure you moisurise afterwards!

    I only do it once a week, and seems to suit me fine, twice if your skin needs it, but I really wouldn't do it more then that!

    I exfoliate every day, but mine is a medicated one coz I had mild acne. Face is clear but when I scrub too hard, or, too frequently I guess I break out. :crying:

    well it all depends on your skin type really. i se a gentle daily exfoliator every day, but then i use a harsher one once or twice a week!

    I have this wee scrubbing pad thing, I use it every day in the shower with tea tree face wahs. My skin's luverly.

    I've been wanting some of the apricot scrub things, my mam used to use it years ago and I used to nick some..... only occasionally mind.

    Well i think yes, becaus well your skin gets to use to it and then it dosn't work as good as it is (well i think)
