razor burn

I used my dads lekky razor under my arms abouf 20mins ago and now i have the most painfull rash in my arm pits. Is there anything I can do to calm it down apart from not doing it again?

    Try some savlon. Don't use deodorant for a bit.

    I have this aftershave balm which is perfect, its got moisturiser in it and stuff. But I think moisturiser would be the best bet.

    I use Aqueous Cream which is the Boots version of E45 Cream without the Lanolin. Only costs about 3 quid for a 500g tub, it's very good stuff.

    tea tree oil, applied neat to broken skin. to prevent irritation in future I recommend "Original Source Tea Tree and Mint Shave Gel" which you can get in most chemists - uses natural ingredients and isnt animal tested - I have sensitive skin when it comes to wet shaving and this has been very good fr me
