Hate Christmas?

It's fake... Society ramming religion and two point four children family happy happy shit down your throat. It's about eating and just like the typical brainwashed British family does... A day in front of the television.

I hate it.

    I don't hate Christmas, though it surely isn't what it should be. If you ask me, it's a reason to have fun. If for some people eating lots of stuff and watching lots of TV is fun, all the better for them.
    Sadly, there's nothing much that I can do except these things, though I don't think they're that fun... In that respect, you could say I hate Christmas, but only because I don't like my life very much generally.

    I dont like christmas, but I dont hate it either. the thing that did it for me was Halloween. You see them taking all the Halloween decorations down in the malls, and put up the christmas decorations at the same time. Thats realy ticks me off. Christmas has gone so commercial that its no longer about family, and if it is, its because the corperate world is trying to make it look like its all about family.... if they get your money that is.

    right here, hate the damn thing. I generally stay jolly throughout the year, but around Christmas everyone starts trying to be jolly too, they fail miserably and instead get angsty.

    I used to hate it, but then I got over my bout of depression and now it's actually a fun season. If you stay busy but don't get cought up in the stress, it is a time to have fun. Now I've spent two days eating loads of good food, had a reason to meet a lot of friends from different groups in the same day, and not needed an excuse to do absolutely nothing if I don't want to.

    Nobody forces you to do all the commercial things. Lighten up!

    I like christmas :) It's a little tiring though, and all i seem to have done in laze around and eat alot of food.

    Hating Christmas is such a teen angsty thing to do. Enjoy it, have fun, be merry. Don't give presents or praise the lord if you want, but what's the point in being a miserable fuck all day and wallowing in your own hatred?
