well i don't see how we can fix it for you - the problem lies in your head.

do you think he's going to cheat on you or something?

i dont think he would eva do anythin.
i just hate the way he becomes wen he drinks, like distant.

I think it's your problem, not his. Fair enough if he's binge drinking and you want him to cut down, but if he's having the odd pint every few days I don't think it's fair for you to make him stop.

Is it the fact that he's going out, or the fact that he's drinking which bothers you? Would it bother you if he was having the pints in the pub with you, or at home?

Do you not drink at all yourself?

Please try to type properly too - you'll get hell on these boards if you keep writing in 'txttalk'.

When he's home he's different. Like distant and carries on with the drinking! I would be ok if he came home n that was it but its not it carries on.

Re. being distant - is it that when you normally see him he is all over you, but after a few drinks he isn't, or do you mean something else?

maybe he's distant because he knows you're not happy with him going to the pub and you keep on having a go at him!

He is usuall very close affectionate but he is distant afterwards hardly any affection at all
He's always been like this. We argue now coz i go on at him

    Get a grip.

Don't think he will your boyfriend for much longer if you can't handle him going to pub twice a week.

to be fair, I'd be annoyed if Mr Scyther took himself off to the pub twice a week. I only see him 3 times max ya see.. maybe that's what she means?

Haha, I know its just the meeting point most the time with the girls. :p

So really, what it comes down to is that in your mind you are wondering what is really happening when your bloke is going to the pub. By coming back and not being affectionate does it make you wonder if something else is going on when he goes out? That is what it sounds like to me....
