Anyone know of any kind of software that does this?

Well basicaly i need a program that will convert MP3 So i can put it on a Nokia 6310i

    Your best off finding the actual midi file it's self, chances are you won't get a decent sound form the mp3 any way. Google mp3 2 midi.

    Converting MP3 to a MIDI?

    That's like converting a raster to a vector. Very difficult to achieve, and probably impossible.
