Hi, hope someone might be able to help me!
I'm going through the hell that is job interviews at the moment.
A question that I have a fair amount of trouble with that I seem to be being asked a lot is "How would you/have you dealt with receiving demanding/difficult phonecalls or people?" It is one that I always seem to struggle to answer and I can't even seem to think it through properly, especially in the nerves of the interview room.
Does anybody have a good response to this that would be a good one to use. One based around an admin/secretarial point of view would be most helpful, but any ideas from any industry might help
