Weekend jobs

I'd like a saturday/sunday job but I'm only 15. Does this matter and what sort of jobs could I apply for? I've already been in some shops in town but they've said I had to be 16.

    I think I used to know someone who was working in a cafe/restaurant at 14 (but it could just have been that she knew the owners), so maybe you could try those kind of places. In general though most businesses (except newsagents for paperboys/girls) only emply people over 16.
