    Heroin on script would be a big help too.

    Residential places are important, but so is help after that, loads of people slip back into it because there isnt the long term help.

    and unlike other initiatives some of us would like to see, Heroin on script, in the immediate sense, a politically viable and practically implementable tactic.

    Though getting hold of the diamorphine might be an issue, has the shortage been solved yet? Or was the shortage a media myth?
