hi guys!!
I'm soo stuck if any of you have done law/are doing law at uni can you help me please!!
ive been researching this for days now and i still aint got a clue.
The question is asking what influence canadian cases have on decisions made by English judges..
I'm not expecting ana answer just books and sites i can go to for help..

    i would of thought off the top of my head that canadian cases are purely influential and considered by english judges. They not binding but as we have similiar law structures it would be worth looking at by the uk courts... thats off the top of my head
