Its a fair walk from new street station but it's easily done. When you come out of the station u walk down a ramp and Mac Donalds is on your right when you get to the bottom of the ramp you turn left and carry on walking up til u get to the big TV screen then u go thru the shops there where there is another mac donalds and you just carry on walking straight and you are on broad street. Go past the big wheel and The Figure of 8 is on your left.

Yeah, head for the Central Library if you get lost (think that's correct?)

Kermit, love, I really can't come, much as I'd love to. Money = £0, Christmas, possibility (although highly unlikely) of work, and if not work, I might be going to London with me sisters like.

    Sorreh :(.

Yeah. The shops with the second McDonald's is the central library. I can also meet people at New Street if that would help?

    Just for those intelligent people:

    CHEAP DAY
TRAIN OPERATOR Most Train Operating Companies
BOOKING DEADLINES No deadline - walk up fare
DISCOUNTS Discounts are available for all railcard holders
REFUNDS Full refund minus a GBP10.00 cancellation fee for a wholly unused ticket
CHANGES TO TRAVEL PLANS GBP5.00 admin charge plus upgrade to next appropriate walk up fare.
CONDITIONS Reservations are not essential but are recommended on certain services. Return journey must be made on same day as outward travel.
BREAK OF JOURNEY Valid for break of journey on outward and return portion of ticket
AVAILABILITY Available on most off-peak journeys on any days.
VALIDITY Only valid for off peak travel on date shown on ticket. Not valid for travel on some Monday to Friday peak services, especially to/from London. Definition of peak period is dependent on route.

Does that mean I can catch any train going in the right direction then? Like an all day pass?

Cheap Day return is issued into two parts. An outbound, and a return. Each one can be used only once, any time on a Sunday. And only on the quickest routes between two destinations.
