i don't know how i'd feel about spending christmas in a warm place, it'd be weird for it not to be all cold and frosty outside. not that i'd turn down a holiday..

Free holiday ;p. I'd rather be somewhere hot. And it'll be my first Christmas in ages with my dad, so yay.

I also get to fly business class for free ;d.

He works there. It's great ;d. Free holidays, lots of guilty-daddy spending ;d, lots of getting drunk on daddy's credit card when we go to the posh hotel in Mombasa ;d.

    W00t :D.

I'm originally from Oz, and what is bizarre is coming out of the club on New Year's Eve wearing a t-shirt and shorts, and being too warm.

What's even odder is all the songs in the shops singing "I'm dreaming of a white Christmas", when its 28C outside.

    I hate crappy snow.

Crappy snow is when it's so pathetic, you can't do anything with it. You know the kind, when it's only about an inch or two.

This is the crappy effort I woke up to this morning.

It snowed and settled here this morning. Not so good because I want to finish fixing my car for the weekend. :(
  • Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
So far I not had any snow, but they have forcasted sleet for over the weekend, which it crap as its mainly rain with hard bits of ice in it. I hate sleet when it hit you on the face, it stings.

I dont mind the cold, but I freeze at work becuase we have no central heating, only a gas heater. At least I dont have to walk three miles a day to get to work this winter, like I did last year.
