anyone who pays for such information isn't going to be a very good business person in my book.
do research for yourself ...it's all there.
whats in demand ...how you can undercut ...where you can get stock ...legalities etc ...99% of this information can easily be found by you ...
if you haven't even started but are willing to give others your not yet earned money ...it's not a good start.
when in business you should look at money differently.
your in business to get and keep money ...every penny you part with is ...building someone elses business and depleting yours ...unless your pretty damn certain of some kind of return.

You should worry more about saving the major pounds than saving the pennies though (so basically ignore the 'look after the pennies and the pounds look after themselves' saying). First thing you should do before ANYTHING is do some research and a business plan saying how much your stuff costs, who ya gonna sell it to, how much for, how much do you predict you will sell, how much do you predict you will make, what's your predicted profit, what is the break even level (i.e. the minimum number you have to sell in order to not be losing money) and loads of things like that. :)

Problem with ebay is it's basically a farmers market. Perfect competition so you get what price they sell the stuff for, and the only way to increase your profit is to get it cheaper. Trying to work a business on the principle of being the cheapest / having the lowest cost wont work, because someone will always beat you.

I hope that you can start this out on a small scale and get good at it, because running your own business is a dead end street for a lot of people!!!!!!
