    Acne cream?

Go visit the doctor if you're unsure.

Can you get that over the counter?

The Oxy-type products contain small amounts of benzoyl peroxide (in panoxyl aquagel) and are available over the counter.

They are the first choice, but if your spots don't improve you are justified in seeing your GP.

I've got to sympathise with nicebutdim23 in saying that spots are a fact of life, and usually improve of their own accord over the years.

Medimix soap - great for acne!

I went to Goa earlier this year and was recommended Medimix soap by other tourists who were bringing loads of it home with them. It's great for acne and blemishes. So simple!

I have found an online source of it at www.EasternLink.co.uk
