I'm seriously thinking about applying for the same course i was doing but now at city of westminster college.

my only problem:
I'm currently living quite far away from the college, but by next july i'll be living in back in newham. what do i do about this in regards to my application, because i doubt that they would accept me from where i am currently living. should i just include a note or should i contact them before hand and talk to them about it?

i really really need to be accepted by them as this is the only college in the london area doing this course, so any tips with boosting my chances of getting in would be great.

Thanks.

It would be best to contact them in person, or better yet go visit them, all colleges will have people you could go and see and discuss your admission.
