Washing Wool?

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
I've recently bought a Prada top and on the lable it says 'do not wash'. Dryclean only I think....

Are there any exceptions, like a handwash? Anyone with knowledge please help me out.

If a garment says handwash only it's because the fabric won't react well to being exposed to water and/or detergent. So if you handwash it you run the risk of ruining it. Maybe not even the first time, but eventually. So the choice is yours.

To be on the safe side I would dry clean it.
