rash in painful place

ive got a mixture of a rash and dry skin at the very very top of my leg on the inside of the leg. any creams that i can use, anything, its itching like mad!!! :banghead:

    E45. Nothing too strong. And a bit of talc after a bath/shower.

    i do too especially in the summer, undies get sticky n yucky
    i know girls wear those pad things for periods would they or some
    thing like that help out so ur undies are ok?
