  Thats definitely acid for you, the amount of times on that I thought I was an inch away from discovering the meaning of life, when I was really thinking something bizarre about my foot etc.

  which have been called such for a very good reason.
  on alcohol you enter the world of gibberish and bruises ...on mind expanders you do actualy come to question stuff you normaly wouldn't have but then ...we all overdo the stuff for fun ...as opposed to using correct doses in the right environments ...with the right people ...to actualy learn.
  
  mind expanders have great potential for good but ...they are mostly used as mere intoxicants ...but why not.
