  i'm almost certain it was, there were murmurs before the war that iraq might break away and start trading in euros, which is a much more stable currency these days.......the u.s. wasn't about to let them set an example for the OPEC countries, now iran are threatening something similar, no wonder they are on the axis of evilllllll...........but yeah start a new thread, i have raised it before but most people are happy in their oblivion......

  I'm delighted to see its still being seriously suggested that "intelligence" and "wealth" are the only two barometers of competent parenting.
  
  And I would image that the people arguing that "poor" and "stupid" people should not be allowed to keep their children would not define themselves as either when drawing up the benchmarks.
