Is there any country in the world that doesnt' have universal suffrage.
I know there are loads of places where elections are not free and fair but is there anywhere where people still don't nominally have the vote?

I'm fairly sure Saudia Arabia doesnt allow women to vote, if thats what you were asking.
United Arab Emirates no direct election
China no direct election
Oman no direct election
Brunei no direct election
Saudi Arabia no direct election
Qatar no direct election
Also this is interesting (according to this Saudi Arabia is the least democratic country in the world)

Its good we are bringing democracy to the Middle East then isnt it.
Better than that, she's chained to the house.
They know a woman's place, don't they
Its called Myanmar actually, though virtually everyone in the Western World still calls it Burma.
I'd be surprised if they have elections at all, haven't they been having a nasty and long running civil war?
Liberal democracy blows.
What's so good about voting in elections?
Take a look at the countries which have decent elections and then those that dont, ask yourself, where would I rather live?
Loser.
Who gives a shit?
Liberal democracy is a form of oligarchy and is a worthless system.
B, True democracy is not a form of oligarchy, British 'democracy' is.
