constant headache - 4 days now
sore throat
sore glands
stiff neck
coldness - shivering
tiredness - keep nodding off

any help please?

    Sounds like flu tbh - call NHS direct for advice - but plenty of rest and fluids, paracetamol is the treatment - but only if it is flu.

    Could be a nasty bout of the flu, or some kind of glandular virus maybe. Its best you see your doc though, for a proper diagnosis.

    Could be tonsilitus, flu, viral illness, or any other number of things. I'd suggest paracetamol, plenty of rest and fluids...and a trip to the GP for a professional opinion.
