Weight loss

hey everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone could help me with a bit of a weight loss issue. The thing is i'm not overweight at all but my thighs are shaped that my inner-thighs touch when i walk. This is driving me Absolutely CRAZY :shocking: !!! i work out and it seems i can get everything else looking good except for my thighs!
Right now I'm getting pissed off at everything because my legs look huge and i can't do anything about it! Does anyone know any excersises that might help??? Please, I'm desperate! I've been dieting as well and it hasn't helped.

    Try the Divina McCall dvd, it really tones your legs!

    ahhh, i can sympathise with you, i have this problem. try abduction and adduction exercises. You use a machine at the gym to pull your legs apart (abduction) and birng them together, with weights.
