when you get a job that requires some induction, is this paid by the hourly wage or do they expect you to be inducted for free?

    When I had my induction, I got paid hourly wage so got paid for two hours of sitting there watching videos.That was for a supermarket btw.

    I didnt get paid once and got paid another time. Same company different job!
    I would assume that you get paid, double check.
    if they dont pay you, i dont see why you have to go!!

    I thought legally they had to pay you for any training?
