I've been taking the contraception pill Ovysmen for a while now so i really should know better, but something got me thinking. I take the last pill of the pack on the Tuesday, so i've been taking the first pill free day as Wednesday, therefore on the following Wednesday starting a new pack. Is this right? I've suddenly thought, should i be taking the pill the next Tuesday, as it's 7 days since the last one taken? I use condoms as well, so i have extra protection, but i need to know if i'm doing it wrong! :nervous:
