    From the evidence of substantial portions of my own country's male population, one could just as easily argue that the sole purpose of a man is to scratch himself publically and consume large quantities of yellow water (aka American beer) whilst slouched on the sofa watching televised sporting events.

    About the bill: I think its purpose was to make sure transgenders aren't called women when they were born as men. I don't agree with the bill, but I agree with THAT.

    The biological definition of a female is an individual that produces the more energetically expensive anisogamous gamete - eggs.

    Infertility is strongly selected against, though there's always kin selection as a means of promoting your genes if you have no direct reproductive fitness.

    I dont think there is anything in particular that defines a woman, apart from maybe having a fanny.
    Everything else can be had by both genders.
