Ok i've nearly finished a very lengthy dissertation, i need to do the contents page now. I have the contents aligned to the left, how can i get the page numbers to allign to right??

    lots of spaces :)

    no, if it is in word, go to insert, index and tables, then click the contents tab. there is a tick box saying right align numbers. play about with that

    Its ok i asked a mate, he said to set it up in a table then make the lines invisible. Worked a treat! :thumb:
