    When this sort of thing happens to me, it's usually cos I've uploaded the wrong file, or forgotten to save it in the right place.

    Double check stuff, preferably with 'fresh eyes' - meaning go away, have a mug of tea and come back later.

    Shouldn't be a propagation problem as you've already seen the site and altered it etc.

    Ah ha. I just deleted me temp Internet files and cookies and then reuploaded the html file.
