I've been diagnosed with IBS myself, so I know (partly) what you're going through.
All I can say, is ask around your GP's and look for a doctor that specialises in Endometriosis. You should ask to see a gynaecologist too maybe.
These symptoms sound like more than just IBS - You should never be passing blood with IBS, so it sounds like there's something not quite right.
I suggest you see another doctor for a second opinion. It really doesn't sound as simple as IBS.

Have they checked you for Crohns disease?
Was it dark red or bright red?
Damn forgot that one!!
You have the symptoms, dark stools, weight loss, abdo pain. I suggest you go to your doc or go to another one if they fob you off again.
Ulcerative Colitis
You are getting there.
Id be inclined to think they might be coincidental because the bladder and the intestines arent connected, or maybe you being run down with your bowel/intestinal problems, might have led to you being more susceptible to urinary infections.
im only a poor first year You have to feel sorry for me really.
And because I am an auxilary aswell, I pick it up.
Obviously that doesnt necessarily mean thats what you have, but its worth mentioning it to your doctor if they havent already checked for that.
Crohns disease
I would tend to agree that this isn't just ibs and would be quite upset by my gp that they're happy to put it down as ibs when you're in such severe pain. I really would look at swapping doctors and getting them to refer you to a proper specialist again to try and get to the bottom of this. You shouldn't be in that much pain just because of food, it's not normal and something must be causing it. I would push the blood factor as well and say you're scared and worried and want it sorting.
Good luck
If it is IBS it sounds like you need to think about better ways of controlling your symptoms. Try to think of foods that trigger your symptoms, or particular things that give you the pain. Some people find dairy foods, alcohol, caffeine and citrus fruits can give them gip. You can also buy things over the counter at the pharmacy for the pain. Speak to your pharmacist for advice.
If you can see blood in your urine, this needs further investigation. It is never normal.
