first of all i hope this is the right forum.
now due to the fact ive recently had a liver transplant my GP has signed me off for 6 months, nearly three weeks ago i filled in the forms for incapacity benefit and my dad took the forms down to the jobcentre and the person there said he would send the forms off for us.
now the trouble is, its been nearly three weeks and we still havnt heard anything, is this normal?, should i ring them up to see whats going on?
