Is anyone going to The Taste Of Chaos Tour?

It's USA only and most people on these boards are from the UK. I wouldn't have minded seeing the tour but don't have a spare grand free to travel!! Apparently they're looking to bring it to Europe and Australia next year, which should be interesting.

My boyfriend saw the Green Day/No Doubt/Rival Schools gig at Old Trafford... I've been to that festival every year since, but they never have amazing bands like thos performing. :(

    I've seen:
    Green Day
    Ocean Colour Scene (twice)
    Madness
    Franz Ferdinand (front row, amazing!)
Feeder (and shall be seeing them again in March...)
    Wet Wet Wet (twice)
    Marti Pellow (twice)
    New Found Glory
    5ive :D lmao
Atomic Kitten, Damage, and other old pop bands at a Key103fm concert...
    The Stranglers
    The Charlatans
Loads of unsigned bands around Stockport/Manchester...

I can't think right now, I'm sure there are more. Also, I shall be adding Oasis to this list in July...

    Stiff Little Fingers

I went to see the Stiff Little Fingers last Saturday at Newcastle Uni. Overall the concert was really good! All the crowd was friendly and it was a great atmosphere to be in. They were touring with a band called The Cheesemakers.

Been to too many concerts to remember them all. Some of the most memorable were probably ...

    Aerosmith (my first ever concert)
    Smashing Pumpkins
    Bon Jovi
    Def Leppard
    Red Hot Chilli Peppers
    3 Doors Down
    Rival Schools
    Foo Fighters
    Muse
    Kid Rock
    Backstreet Boys
    The Killers
    Manic Street Preachers
    Velvet Revolver
    Jimmy Eat World
My Vitriol (whatever hapened to them? They were quite crap live actually)
    Stone Temple Pilots
Deftones (supported by Linking Park & Taproot)
    Idlewild
    Blink 182
    Therapy?
    Eminem
Peter Andre  (I was like 12!)

Have seen quite a lot of them more than once but for some (eg Eminem) once was more than enough

    22. Skynyrd are still touring. Obviously it's not the original line-up (only one original member I think) but it's better than nothing.

So so many!! Probably the best ones though were Korn in Manchester, Marylin Manson in Birmingham, Evanescence in Wolverhampton, Prodigy in Reading, Pulp in Reading, Slipknot in Donnington and Skindred in Wolves.

I saw Damien Dempsey the other night and he played a crackin gig. He's a funny guy between songs and doesn't seem to be up his own arse, which was good.

If I can sort it out, I'm gonna try to get down to London for the eels in May, I'm desperate to see them live.

I managed to get a ticket to The Zutons gig for Manchester on Thursday night - been sold out for months. Absolutely fucking brilliant - can't wait until they have more material for a longer gig.

Saw Feeder last night too - again, absolutely amazing. I heart Feeder!

I saw The Happy Mondays on Friday not the greatest gig but ok. It was worth it just to hear some classic tunes from the man himself.
