what was that book?

Ok this is a bit of a shot in the dark but i guess it's worth a try.

There was a series of books that I read when I was younger (about 10 years ago when I was 10) and I can't remember their name.

They were about rats or mice and I have a feeling that one of the main characters was called Nicademus (or something like that).

Someone said that it could be The Rats of Nimm but I'm not convinced because it was a series and I thought that was a single book.

Does anyone have any idea what I'm rambling on about?!

There's another one called Redwall which is about mice or something similar and an abbey.

I remember in about year 8 reading Mrs Frisby and the rats of Nimh, what fun that was, ohh and then we got to watch the cartoon, even better! I think they were a series but the single books were storys within themselves.

    Tried googling it?

Robert C O'Brien wrote Mrs Frisby and the Rats of NIMH but there were two more written by his daughter Jane Leslie Conly; Rasco and the Rats of NIMH and RT, Margaret and the Rats of NIMH
