  I dunno but i think!! its something to do wiv ur pores openin up cos of warm water in ur shower or bath, (like they do wiv ur eyebrows or somefin) and u shave ur pubic hair real close down then they close up around it once ur out of the bath or somefin, so then its sort of pushin back through when its growin again.
  
  I dunno if this is why you get a rash or something but this might b one of the reasons, i always say this when these threads come up.

  1. Not advicable to shave there.... use hair removal which i don't find lasts as long as they say. I use Waxed strips and then use tweezers to pluck the odd one you miss...these are for bikini lines.....
