Summer suggestions guys...

Okay, being at uni, my summer holiday lasts about a million years, so I need a lotta help...
-firstly, I wanna take part in a few archaeology digs- anyone know how to do that? I used to be part of a group, so it was easy, but I'm not any more
-secondly, temping agencies- are they good? How much do they pay? Do they find jobs pretty quickly?

    Temping agencies vary from agency to agency. I was with one agency during the summer and i got work all the time, jumping from one place to the other. While another agency i didnt get any work AT ALL!..... beware though the jobs are crap and boring, i worked 6 weeks packing meat, £5.99 a hr so it was worth it but can you put up wit it?? jobs pay vary again between £4.50 and £6.00 so a alright standard of pay.

    perfume factory
    waiter at a wedding
    cleaner

    Varied boring crap jobs if your lucky, alright pay
