I had an operation on my jaw a week past monday coming and the thing is I can't eat solids for 5 weeks till my jaw is healed. Since I can't eat proparly it is making me feel sick and week all the time. Anyone have any suggestions how to stop this? Also does anyone know anything that I could eat that isn't solid?

mash and gravy (you can mash most veggies, so don't feel you have to stick to potatoes), yoghurt, chocolate mousse, jelly, ice cream, soup, smoothies :yum:

i had my wisdom teeth out in the summer and couldn't eat solids for 5 days and was going a bit mental, so you have my sympathy!

you can eat anything...if you stick it in a food processor or a blender...or you could take complan or slim fast or something similar.

If you have a smoothie maker or a blender you can just blend up whatever you want :)
