I bought a exercise ball in February and I've misplaced the exercise chart I got with it does anyone know of any websites with some exercises on it?

*edited because I seemed to be making words up.

    Re: exercise ball exercises

They are easier on the joints and they've kinda worked for me in the past.

they sell them dead cheap in tesco, so even if you use it twice and forget about it, you've not wasted too much money. :)

Good thing about them is they can be bought quiet cheap and you can work on your whole body one them.
