ok ive started eating healthy (quite a lot of salads etc) and going to the gym lately and yesterday when i was washing my hair i noticed loads of it was falling out...i generally have really thick hair but now its gone really thin...any ideas what could be causing this?

I have thin hair anyway, but ive also got loads of little bits too where its growing back.
Really dont know what it is either, but its damn annoying. Dread washing it coz my hands get covered. i brush my hair over a bin, and it still gathers round the edges of my room, gets stuck on everything as its really long.
One thing you could try is getting a blood test at docs to check your thyroid and iron levels as those can make hair come out.
