Besides, she can't have been the right girl for you if she cheated on you.
Give it some time, your confidence will grow and you'll find someone nice to fall for
oh yeh, you said she cheated on you, "back in England" as you're in spain atm... are you originally from England?
(was it a long distance relationship? )
since..? she cheated on you?
patience, is a virtue
The right girl for you will come along in due course.. You have several options:
IF you still want her, and think you could forgive her, and live with what she's done, talk to her! she may still feel the same for you too... (although after what she's done, she doesnt deserve you...)
IF you don't want to get back with her, and it's been 7 months, you're going to have to try and put it behind you... It'll take some time, but once you're not stuck up on her any more, you'll feel alot less empty, and alot more confident.
something nasty like this is a big blow to the ego, and confidence, it will take time to recover, but you WILL recover!
first of all, get rid of everything that reminds u of her including texts msgs u might have stored on ur phone, even her number maybe. also, end all contact includind calls or texts, obviously.
also, make a list of all the things that annoyed u about her, even turn offs and sum it all up. then ask urself 'was she worth it ?' its probably a no, so console urself.
secondly, take care of urself... go out a lot and have fun, this will just take ur thoughts off her and forget...
thirdly, not all girls are like that... not all girls cheat on u and yes u will find a girl that loves u and treats u well.
the most important thing i reckon is to go out and socialise and have fun !
Find a CD she hated and play it really loud. Go out with the friends she always disapproved of. Wear the tshirt she never liked you wearing. Let yourself enjoy the things you can do now you're single which you couldn't do before.
