its quite annoying theyre completly going off topic onto things like "its the right thing" about iraq when the question was "should bush apoligise for lying about the al quida/saddam link and iraq having no wmds"

he just made a REALLY good poiint though, someone asked if war is ever appropiate, and he was like

"when we left the british when we was a colony, it was a war

when india left britain it was non violence

when canada left britiani it waited them out

when we boycotted south africa they was liberated from apartheid

however all these came from the people themselves eventually, instead of going there saying, were going to help you form your own government, we went there and said 'youre going to be democratic whether you like it or not'"

Fascinating viewing. Americans don't get debate or freedom of speech do they? Too much cheering and booing - it was like a bloody panto!

Possibly the most amusing televisual experience i've had all year. I can't believe now naive some Americans are. It shocks me to consider that these people have the right to vote for one of the most powerful men in the world, and few of them have any concept of what's going on in the world.

I object to that remark quite strongly.

Let's be fair, most Brits are probably under the impression that every American high school mimics American Pie or Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
