Im amazed at the amount of people that have problems with their wrists, thought i was prob only one! though by sound of things im the only one who got a bone out of place!
one of the top 7bones in my left wrist is kinda popped out of place it then makes it extreamly painful to move my hand back and forth at times. is this like summin anyone else has? been Drs before n was given physio but that aint dun any good, do you think it would be possible to have an opperation to put the bone back?

When I smashed my arm and wrist up part of it snapped back out and had to be re-operated on.

In my opinion its for the best it get sorted out (apparantly out of place bones = problem in later life) but I suppose its something you need to discuss with your doctor.

Have you gone to see some kind of a hand surgery kind of specialist? I've had one for a different problem and he's been very helpful.
Took a while to reach him though, was referred from my GP to some different kind of specialist, and from him to my current one.

Hope you'll manage to sort it out somehow. :)

Then don't move your hand back and forth. :D
Actually, I've become surprised at how many people have problems with wrists too.

It's probably got something to do with the fact that there are a ton of small bones there and because it's a fairly unprotected area.
Increased computer usage is probably not making things easier for a lot of people.

I'm no doctor though, so it's pure speculation. :P

Though a possibility. Never thought of it that way. It has been said that there is a large number that doesn't eve sit at the computer correctly with the way they rest their hands at the keyboard, etc.
