Right. I seriously need to get fit, so, as Crispy said in another thread, get yerself jogging!

The only problem is, by the time I get home from work, had me tea, I drive over to the girlfriends and I don't get home again till about 11.
Should I get out of bed half an hour earlier and go for a 15-20 mins jog in the morning (about 10 past 6) or try and squeeze a jog in sometime after work.

Is jogging first thing in the morning just as benificial?

It doesn't make any real difference, though the endorphine rush you'll get from the excercise may make your day easier.

I always used to go running before school when I was younger, it was really nice getting out in the open, across a local golf course, seeing the rabits and nature and that....ahhh, to be young again. I couldnt possibly run now, not with my sticks.
