Kidney pains from MDMA/amphetamine

How common are kidney pains (lower back, to the side) several days after taking mdma + amphetamine? Took a pill and a half a good few days ago which seemed heavily cut with phet and been getting this sort of straining pain since yesterday.

I've heard about abdomen cramps etc from amphetamine before but never experienced this.

    It may well have been that your kidneys dried out somewhat, dehydration can do nasty things to them.

    I'd drink lots of water, and maybe get your hands on some Milk thistle, thats good for the kidneys.

    Personally I ain't come across this type of side-effect before, combine that with too much dope and you've got some serious paranoia lol.
